What is your Refund Policy?
We want you to love our brand, and we know that loyalty is earned by providing a great buying experience, even when our product or service wasn’t the perfect fit.

Here at Sharks On Shore, we are committed to respect, dignity, and fairness. In addition, we are dedicated to making the returns process easy; in fact, we believe that the returns process should be just as easy as it was to buy the product in the first place!
If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products, you may return it within 60 days of your purchase for a full exchange, credit or full refund. After 60 days, we will consider any items for return that are defective due to materials or craftsmanship.
Return merchandise by following the steps below:
Send an email to Sharksonshoreapparel@gmai.com, and under the subject line, list “Return/Exchange.” In the email list your sales order information (Order #, name, address). In turn, we will send a return and exchange form to your email address, with a prepaid shipping return label. Upon receiving our correspondence, you will simply have to affix the return label to the outside of your box and drop it at the nearest U.S. Post Office.
Merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in good condition.
We will do our absolute best to process your return or exchange within 7 business days after receipt.
How quickly will I receive my order?
Most of our hats and sun shirts are shipped within 24 hours after the order is placed. Our custom screen printed products take a little bit longer to process, and usually take 3 -6 business days to process. We send email notification as soon as your order or partial order, ships.
Will you offer different types of products and designs?
Absolutely! We really strive to change-up our designs, and to add new products, on a regular basis We almost always unveil new designs to commemorate events, or to acknowledge upcoming holidays. Moreover, we're constantly on the lookout for new and exciting products that really speak to our brand. Be sure to follow us on social media, so you don't miss any new inventory launches!
Do you offer special deals and discounts?
We do our very best to offer our customers fantastic price points for our products, at all times. That being said, we will frequently cover the cost of shipping, or discount the cost of an entire order. The best way to be sure your receive our discount pricing and coupon codes is to subscribe to our email list. We promise we won't bombard you with "fluff!" Instead you'll receive discount alerts, great content and you'll be a valued member of our happy, beach community!
